In Episode 31 of the Warrior Wellness Podcast, Steph Lincoln, former Army Captain and Podcast host sits down with Danny Vega, a carnivore/keto influencer and Coach. Danny is a former College Football Athlete and has a Master’s of Science in Human Performance from the University of Florida, where he worked with the national championship men’s basketball team, along with women’s basketball, tennis, and golf programs. He was the Strength & Conditioning Coordinator for VCU basketball, helping the Rams win the 2007 conference championship and making it to the second round of the NCAA tournament. He and his wife, Maura are major influencers in the carnivore Keto World. They have several Vlogs, Blogs, and an amazing YouTube Channel. Their mission is to better the health of people and especially their families, as one of their passions is “Fat Fueled Family” where they teach other parents how to transition their children to a healthy, whole foods diet.
