Podcast host and Army Veteran Stephanie Lincoln sits down with FTW Fitness Trainer Jim Wolter. Jim at around the age of 40 found himself in a rut. He was overweight, exhausted, and disconnected. He would collapse at the end of each day in front of the TV with some beers and pass out. He knew that his relationship with his wife and his family were suffering and that he was headed down the path that his father took in life, dying alone and with chronic health conditions from alcoholism and poor nutrition. Jim discusses how he made a choice to not follow in the footsteps of the males in his genetic line and go down the path to long term health, both physically and emotionally. Jim discusses his own weight loss journey, how working on his physical and emotional self has changed his life, and how he ended up being inspired to help others change their lives by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer.
